Super learning in HOKEY!!!

Today we had Peter from Canterbury hokey club come and teach us some hockey. We learnt how to dribble and dodge. The hockey ball cannot hit your feet if it does then the coach will blow the whistle. I found it hard to make the hockey ball go side to side. I found it easy to run and steal the ball from the other peoples hoops.
First at hockey we learnt how to dribble. Dribbling  is when you keep the ball on the stick, like there is glue or double sided tape. Second we dribbled in a rectangle on the court. Third we learnt how to move the ball side to side. Lastly we played a game similar to Rob The Nest. We had to get in four groups of six and get a number one through six, then he would call out two numbers like one and five.  There was a hoop in the middle with balls and you had to go get one ball  and bring it to your hoop, when all the balls were gone from the middle you steal from other peoples hoop.
